According to his words reported by BelaPAN, if such prohibitions exist somewhere at the spots, then it is necessary to clarify who and due to which reasons did it, in each seperate case.

Let us remind you, the most recent "black list" of culture activists appeared in the Internet in the beginning of March-2011. The list contains about 30 culture activists and 15 collectives who stood in support of democracy in Belarus and demanded that political prisoners must be released. The officials say that this "black list" is fake. However, a series of concerts of the bands "Krambambulya", "Neuro Dyubel", Zmitser Vaytsyushkevich and others were abolished in Belarus after publication of the "black list".
