An administrative report has been drawn up against ex-political prisoner and journalist freelancer Ales Kirkevich by Hrodna police. The young man is accused of the illegal production and distribution of printed editions, the human rights website Viasna reports.
A video shown on Belsat at the beginning of March has caused the problem. It was about the exposition of Slutsk sashes in the Belarusian State Museum of History and Religion.
Kirkevich thinks that the administrative case is absurd. Only legal entities are responsible for such violations according to the law, he noted.
