Bellegprom officials took millions of dollars in bribes (photo)

"Over $1 million, gold bars, two cars costing over $139 dollars, three flats in Minsk and a lot of expensive household and office equipment were confiscated during the investigation. The property will be distrained," the Investigation Committee told mass media.

The investigation of the criminal case will continue, the Committee reported. Three bribegivers were detained. They are heads of commercial structures that participated in the modernization of the concern enterprises. Officials have been charged with bribe-taking and the representatives of companies – of bribe-giving. They are under arrest now.
