Biggest lot of home brew alcohol confiscated in Belarus (photo, video)

A 35-year-old unemployed Maladechna resident was arrested in the village of Skavarodki. He organized a clandestine manufactory of alcohol surrogate disguised as home brew alcohol in his house and household outbuildings.

In order to get maximum income, the man made "fake home brew alcohol". He dissolved Russian technical spirit with raw water, and added some home brew to the mixture in order to make it smell like the traditional Belarusian alcoholic beverage. 

During inspection of the household outbuildings, the police found and confiscated 1750 liters of ready surrogate smelling like home brew alcohol and 500 liters of 95% technical Russian spirit.

The offender faces a more than Br 10 million fine.

Also, the police found more than a ton of coloured diesel fuel that is only shipped to our country's agricultural organizations. The man faces another fine for its illegal storage, also for several million Belarusian roubles, informs the press-office of Minsk regional police.
