The Grammy for the best album of the year went to the band Mumford & Sons (in the photo).
Grammy award is presented every year upon the results of the secret voting of the members of the U.S. National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, established in 1957. It points out musical achievements of various genres and trends regardless of the commercial success and the place of the mentioned composition or performer in the charts.
