Lawyer not allowed to meet Vladislav Baumgertner
The Uralkali CEO’s Belarusian lawyer has not been allowed to enter KGB prison without any explanation.
Russian lawyer Alexei Basistov has informed about it, Radio Liberty reports.
The lawyers wanted to change Baumgertner’ measure of detention. However, Minsk Partisan District Court has dismissed their appeal. Then they sent an appeal to Minsk City Court. The date of the next hearing has not been announced yet.
