Putin: Union of Russia and Belarus is not substitute for EAEC

Moscow hosted the meeting of Alyaksandr Lukashenka and Vladimir Putin, where the Russian president said that the Union State of Belarus and Russia is not a substitute for the single economic space of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia (EAEC). According to the official website of the Kremlin, Putin believes that the Union State also performs important tasks and is in some ways even more progressive, especially in social issues.

Note that Lukashenka went to Moscow for a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Union State.
