Intelligentsia demands to stop pressure on Dashkevich
Famous people appealed to the head of the Department on Serving Punishments.
The appeal in defense of the political prisoner has been signed by writer Uladzimir Arlou, poet Ryhor Baradulin, musician Zmitser Vaitsiushkevich, poet Nil Hilevich, musician Lyavon Volski, archeologist Edward Zaikouski, historian Ales Krautsevich. They ask Colonel A.Barsukou to provide normal confienement conditions for Zmitser Dashkevich in the disciplinary isolator, and also to give him back his Bible, mfront.net informs.
Let us remind you, the imprisoned "Young Front" Chairman is supposed to leave the disciplinary isolator on September 17. He has been on a hunger strike for the 5th day as a protest against unfair attitude to him from the side of the Horki prison administration.
