Turchinov: Most Sky Squadron members were killed by riot police
Ukraine's interim president and parliament speaker Alexander Turchinov makes a statement about Maidan shooting victims.
He said it at a meeting of the committee on parliamentary cooperation between Ukraine and the EU:
"We have found the people responsible for it, starting from the ex-President of Ukraine and his circles... It is essential that we should find the snipers who shot at people but we already know that the majority of the victims were killed from weapons belonging to representatives of the special services. We consider the order to kill peaceful citizens to be the worst crime,” censor.net.ua quotes Turchinov.
103 people were killed in clashes with the police at Euromaidan in January and February.
