Two young men detained for sale and storage of spice in Minsk
Criminal proceedings have been launched.
Two 17-year olds were detained in Minsk. They were charged with illicit trafficking in psychotropic substances.
As the press service of the Investigative Committee noted, the boys were neither studying or working. One of them was a drug addict, he lived with a friend and used his computer to acquire spice and sell it to others. Law enforcement officers seized him when he was removing a batch of spice from a stash. Spice was also found at his friend's place, the tenant was treating his host to it.
The criminal investigation has been launched involving the two guys.
On January 1, anti-drug decree came into force in Belarus. Responsibility for crimes related to drug trafficking became more severe.
