The Belarus and Russian presidents preliminary agree after a phone talk to meet on 21 September.
"We are not your vassals," President Lukashenka tells Russia speaking about difficulties in the bilateral trade.
Lukashenka laughed at the rumours about his health problems during a visit to the Mahilou Region on August 1.
The state news agency reports that on 31 July Lukashenka received the head of Minsk Region Anatol Isachenka.
Belarus president's spokeswoman Natallia Eismant described the rumors as nonsense, stressing her boss had work meetings.
"We are good old friends,” Tatiana Navka wrote under the photo with Lukashenka on Instagram.
"Masha, come here, baby. Sit here. Let’s see how you look as the Kupalauskaye manager."
The second round of the first Belarusian presidential election was held on July 10, 1994. Alyaksandr Lukashenka won.
