There are 491 parliamentary candidates in Belarus now. One more person is planning to withdraw.
Polling stations will be open for five days from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
The Belarusian Minister for Foreign Affairs has taken part in an informal meeting of the EU Ministers.
Activists were collecting signatures to return the time spend in the army and on maternity leaves to the record of service.
The early vote corresponds to all the OSCE’s demands, the CEC chairperson said.
