Parliamentary elections in Belarus 2016
A committee member has confirmed it at polling station #425.
The turnout is 51-59% in all the provinces. However, more than half of Minsk voters have not visited polling stations yet.
Almost half of all voters have already voted in Vitsebsk, Mahilyou and Homel Provinces.
Volha Kavalkova’s accredited representative has promised to show the evidence of rigging.
Only two representatives of the democratic forces have made it to Parliament – Hanna Kanaatskaya and Alena Anisim.
The polling stations are for military men.
The discrepancies noticed in turnout protocols are a mistake, the head of the committee said.
