Hundar: “Police officer: we live by notions, not by the law”
Euroradio has talked to Uladzimir Hundar who was detained by Baranavichy police in a severe way despite his prosthetic leg.
Mr. Uladzimir is a civil activist detained by the police during “the silent action” on June 15 “for questioning”. Although he showed his passport. He has described his adventures during the detention to Euroradio including facts and names of “security guards”.
