Fines for violation of preventive fire-fighting regulations have increased in Belarus. People caught walking across forests and peatbogs when it is forbidden are to be fined for 770 thousand BRB.
If they cause fires the fine will be doubled. The punishment for making fires in places where it is forbidden and for setting grass on fire will also become more severe.
