“The project on fringe benefits is a project on the benefits that are no longer available because of my decision. The decision was taken before the elections.
I was told not to sign the document before the elections because people would not be able to understand it. The decision was not a popular one but anyway, a law is a law and it should be adopted. There were also benefits introduced by Stalin. We are going to change those benefits for the good of children. For mothers and for families”, -noted Alyaksandr Lukashenka at the press conference with representatives of Belarusian mass media.
