“Alley of Heroes” reconstructed in record terms in Mahileu (photo)

Builders promised to finish the reconstruction of the alley before the Victory Day in the middle of April. It was doubtful whether they would be able to do it in such a short term. However, the head of the City Executive Committee Vicatr Shorykau and the head of the regional Executive Committee Pyotr Rudnik cut the red ribbon on May 8.

The reconstruction of the alley took a month. The bricks have been replaced; new benches and lighted pillars have been installed. Pillars with portraits of 104 war heroes have also been replaced.
