Amnesty to be granted to those who recompense losses
Eligible for amnesty will be only those
convicts who fully recompense losses caused by their crimes to the state and
individuals, Viktar Huminski, chairman of the House of Representatives
Committee on National Security, told Euroradio.
Huminski said that pregnant women, single men and women with children, disabled people, those diagnosed with HIV and active forms of tuberculosis, war veterans also would be eligible.
