Andrei Bandarenka’s sentence is cancelled

Minsk City judicial tribunal has cancelled the sentence of an entrepreneur Andrei Bandarenka this Tuesday. His case has been sent to Pershamaiski District Court of Minsk and it may be reviewed in January. According to “Belarusian Partisan”, Bandarenka will stay in Babruisk colony.

Let us remind you that he was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment and confiscation of property for having stolen 20 million rubles from his own company. Andrei Bandarenka is a member of the United Civil Party and human rights activists see a apolitical trace in his case.
