Art happening “Revival of a Jewish town” to take place in Minsk

The Third International children’s art happening “Revival of a Jewish town” will take place in Minsk from October 11 till October 18. The aim of the project is to bring Jewish art back to the life of Jewish communities and to the context of the world culture. The programme includes a children’s art happening, an exposition and publication of a collection of works of the project’s participants. Young artists will visit several Belarusian cities famous for their history and culture.

The art happening has been initiated by the Union of Belarusian Jewish civil associations and communities with the assistance of the European Jewish Fund.
