Babruiskers can complain about “the violation of administrative procedures” to the city executive committee on the phone every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
“There is information about people having problems asking for a reference or other documents. Sometimes officials demand documents not indicated on the list. It happens that officials are absent on visiting days. All reports will be considered and measures will be taken”, - claimed employees of the city executive committee to ERB.
