Belarus, Ukraine sign memorandum on joint actions to endure crisis

The governments and the national banks of Belarus and Ukraine on Tuesday signed a memorandum on joint actions to minimize the consequences of the world financial crisis on the economies of the two countries, the press office of the Ukrainian president. The document was signed during the meeting between the Belarusian and Ukrainian president Alexander Lukashenka and Victor Yushchenko in Chernigov, Ukraine, reports the Russian news agency Ria-Novosti.
