Belarus’s foreign debt exceeds record $20 billion
Belarus’s foreign debt totaled 19 billion 298.5 million dollars on October 1. It has increased by more than 4 billion dollars since the beginning of the year.

BelaPAN notes that the foreign debt has already exceeded 20 billion dollars taking into account the recent tranche of the International Monetary Fund (700 millions).
One more 700 million dollar tranche of the IMF’s credit may be allocated to the country by the end of the year.
