Cat museum opens in Minsk
A cat named Jimmy will be its director.
The Cat Museum will open in Minsk. Visitors will see pictures and also friendly live cats there. A cat named Jimmy will be the director of the museum, the website of the establishment reports.
The first exposition will be called Cats in the City. It will contain paintings, graphics, sculptures and examples of decorative and applied arts of Belarusian and foreign artists, designers and photographers.
The unusual museum is situated in Dzyarzhynski Avenue, 11 (metro station Hrushauka). It will be opened on September 8.
