Date of Ukraine negotiations to be appointed on Skype
The negotiations will be held on December 11 or 12.
The exact date will be announced on Wednesday, interfax.by refers to vice speaker of the People’s Council of the self-declared ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’ Denis Pushylin.
The date of the next Minsk meeting will be discussed on Skype, the representative of the so-called ‘DPR’ said. “If we reach an agreement, the meeting will take place and the exact date will be appointed. Otherwise, it is too early to speak about it,” Pushylin said.
The exchange of captives and a ceasefire agreement in the east of Ukraine are going to be discussed at the meeting. Moreover, ‘DPR’ representatives want Ukraine to lift the economic blockade of Donets Basin and reintroduce the laws On Donets Basin’s Special Status and On Amnesty.
