Driving inspectorate supports idea of flickerization of dogs

A civil association “Dumb Animal” has suggested fining owners of dogs for walking them without flickers. ERB has found out that Minsk driving inspectorate does not refute the possibility of introducing new rules according to which dog owners will have to attach flickers to their “dumb animals”.
Driving inspectorate: “It is for their safety, they should be noticeable as there are many road accidents involving animals”.

Civil organizations that have initiated this idea should present the innovation to the legislative authorities in order for the rules to be introduced.
