Effective drainage system to cost Minsk one trillion rubels

It will take nearly 10 years and one trillion rubels to build an effective drainage system in Minsk, said Mikalay Ladutska, acting chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee. 

He said that system will cope with heavy rains like the one that caused flooding in the city on July 24, BelTA reported.
