The Council
of the European Union announced on Monday that it was launching a human rights
dialogue with Belarus
with meetings at least once a year, reported AFP. The
meetings will be held alternately in Belarus
and the European Union, says a statement adopted by EU justice ministers at a
meeting in Luxembourg
on April 6.
