EU to fund development of Rasony Blue Kings green route
The Rasony Blue Kings have been included into the lists of green routes that will be developed in the framework of the project funded by EU and UNDP. The project is titled "Sustainable Development at Local Level", reports BELTA quoting Valery Klitsunov, a topical expert of the project. The green route is 200km-long and passes through the town of Rasony and the villages of Harbachova, Zaborye, Bukava, Krasnapollye, Myazhno, Yankavichy, Syalyaushyna and Kliastsitsy. According to the project authors, part of the route can be covered on a bicycle. The other part can be covered by a boat. The trip will take one week. Tourists will have to sleep in tents on camping sites.
During the trip, tourists will see a reconstructed battle near Klyastsitsa where the Russian army took the first victory over Napoleon. Will it interest European tourists? Perhaps, only the amateurs of ecological tourism.
