Fired former deputy contender cannot get his work-book back

A former deputy contender, metalworker of Baranavichy cotton factory Ryhor Hryk, is not allowed to enter the workshop and cannot even meet the administration.
He claims that security guards do not let him in as they will be fired for it. The factory administration informed the former deputy contender that about the cancellation of his contract on January 2 two weeks before the New Year’s Day.

Meanwhile, Hryk has not been officially dismissed as his work-book is in the administration’s office and he still has his workshop pass. Nevertheless, he is not allowed to enter the enterprise and cannot meet the administration. Hryk is going to go to law.
