Football coach worked for Br150 thousand a month in Baranavichy

A former coach of Hantsavichy football club PMK-7 Andrei Zhalezny managed to get paid for the job done only after he had sent a complaint to Baranavichy Labour Inspectorate. Numerous violations of the Labour Code were revealed during a check-up of the organization. Andrei Zhalezny complained to the inspectorate in December because he had not been paid since July. It turned out that he did not manage to receive an order appointing him to the position during the three years of his work. His work time was not indicated and his position was not included in the staff. Zhalezny was fired for absence from work although he was not informed about it. The trade union did not know about it either.

When Zhalezny received his salary, it turned out that it was 150 thousand roubles a month. At the same time, Hantsavichy team is the best in the region and has won prizes and cups at regional and republican competitions many times.
