Frosts kill homeless man in Homel
A 58-year-old homeless man froze to death after having abused alcohol, reports Belapan. In Minsk, six frostbite cases were recorded over the past 24 houes. 5 more preople were admitted to hospitals with supercooling. Nearly in all cases, they were drunk and remained without motion in strong frost, reports Belta.
