Gas becomes $100 cheaper for Belarus within a day
The price of Russian gas for Belarus will total 102 or 103 dollars for one thousand cubic metres starting from July 1. The vice prime Minister of Belarus Uladzimir Syamashka has informed about it, reports “Interfax”. He claimed that gas would cost 200-205 dollars yesterday. The vice Prime Minister has not explained why the price had changed so quickly.
Syamashka explained that Belarus had been paying 210 dollars for one thousand cubic meters of gas starting from January 1 and that the price was 147 dollars in the second quarter of the year.
He stressed that Belarus had no indebtedness for the current gas supplies. Our country would have to pay for the gas received in April by May 23, added Syamashka.
