German pupil to go to Pinsk school to study Belarusian
Pinsk City Education Department has allowed a German citizen Niklas Frerix to study in the ninth form of Pinsk school #8 for two quarters. The boy from Cologne wants to use this intensive method to study Russian and Belarusian. Niklas took this decision because of his parents’ friendship with a family from Pinsk. The boy’s current classmates think this method of studying languages is really effective and want to go to Germany.
The headmaster of school #8 says that he started preparing the school for a new academic year with twice as more enthusiasm when he got to know about the foreign pupil in summer.
