Guy from Canada caught with counterfeit Belarusian money

A 20-year-old guy who came to Polatsk from Canada to visit his grandmother got detained by the police. He paid in counterfeit money in one of local cafes. A 20-thousand BRB bank note was made with the help of a simple printer. The police are trying to find out how the Canadian guest got this bank note. A criminal case has been started.
