Head of Ministry of Internal Affairs: Autuhovich and Asipenka’s trial to be open
The trial of Vaukavysk entrepreneurs Mikalai Autuhovich and Uladzimir Asipenka will be open. The Minister of Internal Affairs Anatol Kulyashou has told it to journalist today, on November 27. According to him, the investigation of thr case has almost finished. The trial will take place in the Supreme Court.
BelaPAN reminds that Vaukavysk entrepreneurs Mikalai Autuhovich, Uladzimir Asipenka and Yury Lyavonau were detained on February 8, 2009. The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed that a case for “preparation for a terrorist act” was started against Autuhovich and “other people” on June 23. Asipenka and Autuhovcih were accused of preparation for a terrorist act on November 20.
Yury Lyavonau was released from Minsk confinement cell on August 8 and exculpated on September 24.
