Heavy earthquake hits Afghanistan and Pakistan (video)
A heavy 7.5-magnitiude earthquake hit north Afghanistan beneath the Hindu Kush mountains. Over 150 victims in Afghanistan and Pakistan have been reported.

In Takhar province, west of Badakhshan, 12 students at a girls' school were killed in a stampede as they fled shaking buildings. 25 girls were injured.
The jerks were felt in Pakistan and India. Buildings, telephone lines and power lines were destroyed in some cities. The metro has stopped in New Delhi. There are a lot of teenagers among the victims.
This is the heaviest earthquake in the past years, the Afghan PM announced. The jerks could be felt 2.5 thousand kilometers away from the epicenter – buildings were shaking in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Novosibirsk.
The Belarusian MFA is checking where there are Belarusians among the victims.
