Hleb to be fined for €30 thousand for attacking his team’s doctor
A half-back of “Stuttgart” and of Belarus national team Alyaksandr Hleb will have to pay 30 thousand euro for having attacked his team’s doctor, reports “Bild” referring to its sources.
Let us remind you that the incident occurred after a 1/8 final match of the German Cup “Greuter Furth” (D2) – “Stuttgart” on October 27. The home team won – 1:0.
Hleb joined the match during the 59th minute but did not manage to help his team that had missed a goal during the 32nd minute. When the match ended the doctor of “Stuttgart” Heike Striegel had to take the football player to a dope test right from the field.
But Hleb wanted to take off his boots in the cloakroom first. The doctor tried to prevent it and the player pushed him off. Another player, Ludovic Magnin, who was walking behind them stopped the fight.
