Homel driver detained 70 times for road violation over two years

A 28-year-old inhabitant of Homel was detained 70 times over the last two years for road violation. He owes the state about 50 million roubles. According to the website kp.by, the man does not have a driving license and he has already been detained 49 times for it. He has also been detained for drunken driving.
