Hydroelectric power station to be built in Drazdy

Two small hydroelectric power stations will be built in Minsk in 2010. The mini stations will be built in the Dzrazdy storage pond and at Minsk purification plant of aeration in Shabany.
Their capacity will be defined after the projects are ready.

However, specialists forecast that the general capacity of small hydroelectric power stations situated in the waters of “Minskvodokanal” will exceed 3 megawatts by the end of 2010, informs a news agency “Minsk-News”.
