IMF predicts GDP drop and investment reduction in Belarus
The Belarusian GDP is expected to drop by 1.4% this year. The index was 10.5% in 2008. The forecast has been published by the International Monetary Fund in its press release on January 12, 2009.
Furthermore, the IMF thinks that investments in our country will be reduced by 4.9%. They totalled 21.4% last year.
