Kramer to miss Kozulina's burial
David Kramer, the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, will not be able to attend the burial of Iryna Kozulina, the US Embassy in Minsk said in a statement.
Kramer has been indeed issued a Belarusian visa, but it is valid from March 3.
