Kulyashou appointed acting interior minister
General Anatol Kulyashou, first deputy
minister/criminal police chief, has been appointed as acting minister of
internal affairs following the resignation of Interior Minister Uladzimir Navumau,
BelaPAN reported.
Prior to his appointment to the position of
first deputy minister, Kulyashou served in the position of deputy
minister/public security police chief. Before being appointed to that position
on August 29, he had served as head of the Minsk city police department.
