Lukashenka appoints Alexander Kosints as member of Council of Republic

Alexander Lukashenka has issued a decree, appointing Alexander Kosints, the chairman of the Vitsebsk regional executive committee as a member of the Council of the Republic, the upper chamber of the National Assembly of Belarus, reports the Interfax news agency quoting the press office of the head of the state.
