Metro downtime in Minsk
The first metro line was down due to a technical failure at the station Yakub Kolas Square in Minsk on the morning of December 28. The delay was reported to be 16 minutes first. However, it turned out that the line was launched only at 9.20 a.m.
Passengers had to leave the metro and use other means of transport.
