Office of Public Prosecutor not to dispute sentence of murderers of “Puhavichy incendiary”
The state prosecution will not dispute the decision of Homel Region Court concerning the case of murder of an inhabitant of Puhavichy village (Zhytkavichy District).
Let us remind you that the sentence was pronounced to the four murderers from Puhavichy on April 14. Two of the accused were sentenced to five and three years of imprisonment according to article 139 (Criminal Code). However, the minimal sentence should have been eight years. The other two accomplices were sentenced to two years of restriction of liberty.
