Pinsk City Executive Committee “asks” entrepreneurs to decorate city

Pinsk City Executive Commetee has sent requests to decorate buildings, shop windows and trees with electric “rains”, “fountains”, garlands, fireworks and pictures to heads of enterprises, institutions and private entrepreneurs. The best decorators will be chosen at the annual contest “Front of the year”.
