Searching for a stolen bike, police
officers paralyzed Khartyya-97 Web site for three hours, preventing it from
covering a march marking the 23rd anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. Police entered the office at
about noon, saying they were searching for a bicycle stolen from neighbors. The
officers left three hours later and the Web site was not updated while they
were at the office.
