Policemen and special police troops get frightened by “March”
Eight “arts critics” have visited the yacht of a famous Belarusian graphic artist, Pinsker Yauhen Shatohin, who set off for a trip along the Pripyat to visit and art performance on July 16. Four of them were dressed in policemen’s uniform and the other four people were in plain clothes. They demanded to take off the pennant from the mast because in their opinion its colours were not politically correct (a combination of white and red). They asked him why the yacht was called “Sakavik” (“March”) and whether it posed a danger to the civil order.
