Nyaklyaeu and Rymasheuski appeal their sentences in Minsk city court
Both pled not guilty.

According to Ryamsheuski's words, quoted by BelaPAN, he has filed a preliminary appeal. The politician claims that neither him, nor his lawyer have received the court trial's record by now, therefore, they cannot file a full-capacity appeal. Let us remind you, Andrej Sannikau's lawyers filed an appeal against his sentence to Minsk city court on May 23. He was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment in a reinforced-security colony.
Sentences to the ex-presidential candidates Mikalaj Statkevich and Dzmitry Us have not been appealed yet as they were pronounced only on May 26. Statkevich was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment in a reinforced-security colony, Us - to 5,5 years of the same.
